How do we store, use and share website visitors personal information?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored using Wix.com's data storage facilities, databases and the use of Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and if used by our company, adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS and managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. This is a joint venture undertaken by brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure the secure handling of payment card information by our store and its service providers.

How do we communicate with visitors to our site?

Where necessary we may contact you in order to notify you of any issues or problems with your account and attempt to rectify them.

 

We may also contact you to resolve a dispute, collect fees/monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce any End User Agreement or Legal Obligations that may apply.

 

For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages and postal mail.

Cookies & embedded content.

When you first connect to our website, a cookie consent message will appear near to or at the bottom of the page - along with the accept/decline buttons there is also a 'settings' link which will enable you to customise your choices.

Articles on this site may include embedded content from other web-sites such as videos, images or articles which will behave in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website direct. Third party websites may also collect data about you, use cookies and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.

By default, Widenet Computer Services Limited do not currently use embedded content from third parties within our own site.
