John Lewis Installations

We have been working with The John Lewis Partnership since early 2001 and we pride ourselves in offering a first rate home installation and support service for their customers.

Buying a new computer although very exciting can also present it’s problems, especially if the user is unsure how to transfer all their personal data to a new machine or get used to a new way of working.

Some may need help moving their existing e-mail folders and contacts across, installing a new broadband internet router or configuring a secure wireless internet connection around the home.

So from basic system installs to more involved support requests and tuition, we work closely with the John Lewis customer support team to provide an excellent computer support service.

Once we have carried out our first job for you, we usually find that you will want to stay with us for the future and in fact many of our private customers, we first met carrying out installs on behalf of the John Lewis Partnership as far back as 2001.

Over the years they have come back to us for tuition, advice, new installations and repairs – we are proud of the fact that a great deal of our client’s come to us by way of word of mouth recommendation!
